I took this quiz over at QuizFarm.com. The first two are definitely right, but I don't consider myself much of a fundie. I guess Evangelicalism overlaps with Fundamentalism on a number of points. I find it interesting that I scored as more Catholic than Reformed -- maybe that's just my rampant Armenianism reflexively opposing every whiff of Reformed doctrine.
You scored as Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan. You are an evangelical in the Wesleyan tradition. You believe that God's grace enables you to choose to believe in him, even though you yourself are totally depraved. The gift of the Holy Spirit gives you assurance of your salvation, and he also enables you to live the life of obedience to which God has called us. You are influenced heavly by John Wesley and the Methodists.

This is a fascinating quiz... maybe just because I don't really know much about the different systems of Christian theology. I answered with a lot of "half-way" answers (midway between yes and no) because it seemed like the question was implying more than it was actually saying. I felt like I could have answered more definitely if I could have qualified my responses or had someone to explain what the question was really addressing.
Somehow my scores won't post, but my top three were:
Holiness/Wesleyan--71%
NeoOrthodox--50%
Roman Catholic--50%
My scores seemed to be a lot more middle-of-the-road than yours (no very high and no very low) which probably reflects the fact that I defaulted to "half-way" answers fairly often.
