You must have been in his way! Those ants can get really mean sometimes. Hope it feels better soon.
Hope he wasn't rabid! Incidentally,there was an "official" report of a rabid fox in Randolph county last week and so, it's probably not an isolated case... (Do you suppose a rabid fox might bite an ant!?)
