So, I'm at Wal-mart, trying to get minutes put on my phone card. The cashiers are always new, and they always have to call a manager over to tell them what to punch in. This time, she doesn't call a manager, and tries to do it herself. I ask for 180 minutes to be put on my card ($9). She puts 1620 minutes on my card ($81)!!! And then she spends several minutes trying to undo the error. And this is in the "20 items or less!" aisle, so everyone behind me is pretty grumpy.
